The most important holiday on the Korean lunar calendar has arrived in the world of MIR4. This Wednesday, September 10, Wemade kicked off the seasonal “Lunar Feast” event, a themed celebration of Chuseok — the Korean equivalent of Thanksgiving — inside its oriental martial-arts and fantasy MMORPG, which continues to attract a dedicated global player base.

The schedule is extensive and staggered across multiple phases, with activities running from September into the third week of October. For MIR4 warriors looking to maximize their rewards, understanding each sub-event's timetable and planning their gameplay routine accordingly is essential.

Yi Un's Lunar Training (September 10 — October 8)

The central core of the Lunar Feast is “Yi Un's Lunar Training” (Yi Un’s Lunar Training), which stays active throughout the event's main period. It works straightforwardly: players use Energy accumulated through meditation to acquire the Lunar Equipment Selection Box (Lunar Equipment Selection Box) at the in-game Black Market.

Inside this box, the most coveted item is the Chuseok Codex Emblem. By registering it in the Codex system, players unlock permanent combat buffs that include:

  1. Monster Damage Increase — essential for farming and PvE progression
  2. Accuracy Increase — fundamental in PvP clashes and against high-level mobs

For players focused on optimizing their Codex, this is one of those rare moments when a seasonal emblem offers direct combat attributes instead of cosmetics or passive bonuses.

Copper Black Market (Through October 7)

Running alongside the Lunar Training, the Copper Black Market is receiving a temporary batch of items available for just 100 Copper each. Confirmed offers include:

  1. Dragon Materials — for evolving advanced-tier equipment
  2. Spirit Stones — an essential resource for attribute enhancement
  3. Skill Tome Summon Tickets — a chance to unlock rare techniques

The value for money is exceptional for players who stockpiled Copper over the previous weeks without knowing where to invest it.

Songpyeon Shop (September 24 — October 7)

The event's second phase introduces the Songpyeon Shop, a themed exchange mechanic honoring songpyeon — the traditional half-moon-shaped rice cake that is the culinary symbol of Chuseok.

Players earn Songpyeon units by hunting monsters during the sub-event period and can trade them at the shop for extremely high-value items:

  1. Legendary Divine Dragon Enhancement Stone
  2. Legendary Divine Dragon Artifact Enhancement Stone
  3. 1,000 Summon Ticket Selection Box

Sanctuary Tip: The Songpyeon Shop is only open for two weeks. Prioritize monster farming during this period to secure the Legendary Enhancement Stones, which are extremely rare outside seasonal events.

Hangawi Check-ins (September 24 — October 21)

Two Hangawi check-in events (another name for Chuseok) run in parallel for nearly a full month, rewarding the simple act of logging into the game daily with progression items:

  1. Legendary Constitution Enhancement Boxes — to strengthen the character's base attributes
  2. Legendary Blue Dragon Statues — collection items with permanent bonuses
  3. Summon Ticket Selection Boxes — flexibility to choose the desired summon type

Special Login and EXP Buffs

To round out the seasonal generosity package, Wemade has added two extra mechanics:

  1. Login between September 24 and 27: All players who log into the game during this short window will receive a Legendary Spirit Stone Summon Ticket by mail — no quest, no cost, just show up.
  2. Daily EXP buff through October 7: From 8 PM to midnight (server time), an automatic experience buff is applied, speeding up level progression for any combat activity performed during this period.

  • Sep 24 – Oct 21: Hangawi check-ins (daily login rewards)

What Chuseok Is and Why It Matters in Korean Games

For those unfamiliar with Korean culture, Chuseok (추석) is the autumn harvest festival celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar — in 2026, the main date falls on September 25. Alongside the Lunar New Year (Seollal), it is the most significant holiday in South Korea, marked by family reunions, ancestor tributes, and the collective preparation of songpyeon.

For Korean game studios like Wemade, Chuseok is the equivalent of Christmas for Western developers: a mandatory seasonal-event window that usually brings the most generous rewards of the year. It is the moment when casual players return and veterans intensify their routines so as not to miss exclusive, limited-time items.
