KRAFTON has just officially confirmed one of the biggest partnerships in PUBG Mobile history by announcing a collaboration with the acclaimed anime One-Punch Man. The limited-time event runs globally on servers from September 20 to October 20, 2026. During this thirty-day period, the battlegrounds of Erangel, Miramar and Livik get a flood of cosmetic novelties, social collection mechanics and functional items inspired by the Hero Association and the Monster Association.
The content pack spans nearly every visual and audio layer of the smartphone shooter. Players dropping into the maps will find full character skin sets, all-new wraps for firearms and melee weapons, vehicles inspired by the lore of ONE and Yusuke Murata’s manga, plus original voice packs to use in matches. The South Korean publisher has prepared a robust schedule to encourage daily engagement from its player base and energize the anime fan community.
Hero and Monster Association characters land in the lobby
The roster of fighters featured in PUBG Mobile goes far beyond the bald protagonist. Players get outfit sets based on Saitama himself, the disciplined cyborg Genos, the S-Class psychic heroine Terrible Tornado (Tatsumaki), Blizzard Bunch leader Hellish Blizzard (Fubuki), the enigmatic and silent Watchdog Man, plus the feared hero hunter Garou.
To reflect each icon’s personality in gunfights, KRAFTON designed looks with direct nods to the story. The Ordinary Hero Set brings Saitama’s classic yellow uniform with his iconic red gloves and white cape. The Watchdog Man Set puts the player inside the feline costume of City Q’s protector, while The Strongest Man on Earth Set recreates the imposing aura of King, the S-Class hero known for the thunderous sound of the King Engine.
Matches get extra atmosphere with the new audio packs. Players can set quick radio commands and combat reactions with official lines recorded for the Saitama Voice Pack and the Garou Ver.2 Voice Pack. Calls like warning of approaching enemy squads, requesting heavy-caliber ammo or announcing a completed heal now carry Saitama’s mocking tone or Garou’s cold aggression.
To round out interactions in the final circles, two new emotes with exclusive animations joined the catalog: Justice Enforcement, which recreates the show’s heroic, dramatic pose, and Fist of Flowing Water Crushing Rock, recreating the stance of Bang and Garou’s legendary traditional martial art with glowing trails on body movement.
Legendary vehicles, themed parachutes and Mumen Rider as a buddy
Getting around the battle royale maps received direct thematic touches from the Japanese comics universe. The big surprise in the motorized and alternative vehicle lineup is the legendary Mumen Rider Bicycle, the humble bike of the unlicensed cyclist who faces gigantic monsters purely through the power of determination. Operators can now pedal across open fields, trading roaring engines for quiet two-wheel stealth.
Those who prefer to own the skies and surprise opponents from above can use the Phoenix Man Glider, a themed glider styled with the feathers and burning colors of the resurrected monster Phoenix Man. The visual gear lets players soar over danger zones with an imposing look during strategic rotations across the map.
Arriving in combat zones has also been reworked for players who want to jump from cargo planes in style. The One-Punch Man Parachute prints Saitama’s deadpan face on the canopy, ensuring full visibility during the match’s opening moment, when dozens of squads fight over the best loot areas at the same time.
To complete the entourage in lobby corridors and safe areas, the developer released the Mumen Rider Buddy. PUBG Mobile’s buddy (pet) system gains a charming animated miniature of the C-Class cyclist hero, who follows the operator through victories and reacts to different in-game actions without hurting competitive visibility in combat.
Unusual arsenal: styled Kar98K and the dreaded Grocery Bag as Machete
Gunplay and close-quarters combat gained collector pieces built to go viral in livestreams and community clips. The classic bolt-action precision rifle gets the One-Punch Man – Kar98K finish, combining a yellow-and-red palette with dynamic impact lines evoking the bald hero’s finishing blows.
The comic highlight of the pack is melee combat. KRAFTON developed the Grocery Bag – Machete skin, swapping the machete’s standard metal blade for a plastic supermarket bag full of everyday groceries. The item directly references Saitama’s obsession with never missing sale days at the local market, turning ordinary shopping into a devastating tool for finishing downed opponents early in matches.
Personal protection items got a distinctive treatment with progressive upgrade systems. The Saitama Helmet and One-Punch Man Backpack were built with three independent visual tiers. When players pick up a Level 1, 2 or 3 helmet or backpack off the ground in any town, the item’s appearance dynamically transforms on the player’s body, evolving finish details, glowing accents and exclusive designs that highlight that operator’s looting progress during the round.
The list of ornaments for backpacks and weapons includes the Saitama Ornament and the Genos Ornament, three-dimensional miniature charms that swing with weapon recoil or character sprinting. To gift duo and squad partners, the Genos Space Gift and Watchdog Man Space Gift social gifts were added, granting popularity points on community public profiles.

Collectible Card System and trading across the community
Beyond store purchases with in-game currency, the event brings a free activity focused on community collecting: the One-Punch Man Card Pack. The virtual card packs feature stylized depictions of seven central story figures: Saitama, Genos, Terrible Tornado, Hellish Blizzard, King, Watchdog Man and Garou.
Throughout the promotional period, players earn card packs by completing dedicated battle royale missions, such as racking up daily eliminations, surviving set time intervals in danger zones and covering specific distances on foot or in vehicles. Each card has different rarity tiers and graphic finishes inside the event interface.
To avoid frustration with duplicate cards and encourage teamwork outside normal gunfights, KRAFTON built in a native trading system. Friends on the social list can request missing cards and swap duplicates directly through the event panel, speeding up completion of the full album before the season ends on October 20.
Those who complete the print collection unlock premium reward bundles, event points, seasonal crate coupons and cosmetic elements for the operator’s individual profile. The visual-identity ecosystem also includes the One-Punch Man Ver. Avatar, an exclusive dynamic-frame Avatar Frame, and the special One-Punch Man Ver.1 Graffiti and One-Punch Man Ver.2 Graffiti sprays to tag territory on map walls.
Homeground decoration and the personal-space makeover
PUBG Mobile’s recent Homeground mechanic, which lets players build and decorate their own private refuge in the main lobby, received full support for the anime’s assets. Players can now install monumental character statues to welcome guests and friends before competitive matches begin.
Collectors get the chance to place gigantic replicas of Saitama, Genos and Garou in different corners of their home base. The statues feature textured finishes that reproduce premium materials and classic poses seen in the animation’s most memorable fights across its first two seasons.
The feature reinforces the developers’ ongoing bet on turning the mobile game into an interactive social hub, where personal-space customization works as a showcase of achievements and a status display within the global community. The blend of trophy miniatures, visiting spaces and anime items creates a welcoming setting for casual meetups before queuing for ranked matches.
How to enjoy the event and deadlines on global servers
All activities, promo crates, themed roulette draws and card trades remain available to players until 11:59 PM (UTC) on October 20, 2026. After that date, card packs stop being tradable and the exclusive Saitama and Garou item lines go into the vault, with no immediate plans to return to the store rotation.
Players who already have the game installed on Android and iOS devices just need to update the client to the latest version directly in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for instant access to the event interface. Those returning to the battle royale after inactive periods will find extra login bundles to speed up earning the first card fragments and cosmetic rewards early in the campaign.
