Bluesom's time-regression RPG closed beta brings Chapter 1, 27 Anima and events on ONE Store; pre-registration is open on Google Play and App Store.

Bluesom opened, with publishing operation run by Sessisoft, the closed beta (CBT) of Wild Girls: Re:Birth, a time-regression RPG for Android, this Friday (23). The test runs inside the ONE Store app until Sunday (25), free of charge for anyone with an Android device, and offers Chapter 1 of the main story, 27 types of "Anima" — including eight SS-grade characters — plus celebratory events with ONE Store points as prizes. The game already accepts pre-registration on Google Play, the App Store, the ONE Store itself and the official website.
A tight schedule: three days of testing on ONE Store
The testing window is short: slightly over two days of access. According to the official announcement, the CBT runs from 11 a.m. (Seoul time) on October 23 until 3 p.m. on October 25. During the period, the game is available inside the Beta Game Zone in the ONE Store app — to join, simply download the test client from that area. Participation is unrestricted: any Android user can enter without prior reservation.
| Stage | Period |
|---|---|
| Closed beta start | Oct 23, 11 a.m. (Seoul time) |
| CBT end | Oct 25, 3 p.m. (Seoul time) |
| Survey and bug report | Until Oct 28 |
| Official pre-registration | Open (website, Google Play, App Store, ONE Store) |
Anyone joining the test plays Chapter 1 of the main story and meets a roster of 27 types of Anima, including eight SS grade characters, the highest rarity tier presented in this phase. The test is the first big chance for the public to see, in practice, how the new title combines chapter-based storytelling with collection-focused progression.
Story: a Commander returns from the future to reunite the Anima
Wild Girls: Re:Birth is a direct heir of Wild Girl, launched in 2020, which accumulated more than 500,000 global downloads, according to official figures from Sessisoft. The new game reuses the characters and the world of the previous production and puts on stage a "Commander" who returns from a ruined future to gather once again the animal-featured girls known as Anima. The game structure leans on two pillars: the time-regression narrative, which faces the prospect of an inevitable destruction, and an idle game design, in which progression advances even with the game closed.
"The story combines a time-regression narrative defying an inevitable destruction with an idle game design that allows continuous progression even while offline," Sessisoft details in the CBT promotional material.
The proposal aligns with the idle RPG + character collection format gaining ground in the Asian market — one that keeps moving the release calendar covered by this portal, as in the confirmed debut of Azur Promilia, set for November 26 in Asia. The difference lies in the franchise's tone: female characters with animal features, progression without pressure and story told in chapters.
Progression: Anima, weapons, skill books and relics
According to the developer, the growth content presented in the test covers three categories involving summoning and promotion: Anima, weapons and skill books. Players can already experiment with progression systems based on OOPArts — relics functioning as collectible progression items — and Ether Modules, besides the game's starting base, called Garden of Memories. The structure is designed so players assemble teams, develop characters and advance through chapters without relying on long manual play sessions.
CBT events and point rewards
Sessisoft scheduled three events to fill the testing period, focused on speeding up player growth and gathering feedback:
- CBT Commemorative Attendance Event — rewards for logging in during the test;
- "3,000 Summons Supply" event — a large release of resources for the summon system;
- "Stage Clear" event — progression challenges in Chapter 1.
After the testing period ends, an opinion survey and a bug reporting event keep feedback collection open until October 28. In each of the two initiatives, 100 selected participants receive 10,000 ONE Store points — a reward paid in the local currency of the South Korean store.
Pre-registration remains open on all platforms
Besides the closed beta, Wild Girls: Re:Birth has pre-registration open on the official website, Google Play, the App Store and the ONE Store. Sessisoft has not yet detailed which pre-registration rewards will be delivered at launch, but the practice is standard in the idle gacha segment. Complete system information is available on the official website and on the developer's community forum, the Naver Lounge.
What to expect from the launch
At the moment, the release date of Wild Girls: Re:Birth in Brazil and worldwide remains undefined. However, the franchise's history — original title launched in 2020 with more than half a million accumulated downloads worldwide — projects a loyal fan base that can strengthen the strategy of re-presenting the characters in a renewed idle format. The short test period and the appeal for feedback also indicate that development is in its final stretch.
Meanwhile, the Korean mobile RPG market stays busy this week — as shown by the official demo of the cooperative game Code: Exit, from LINE Games, published in earlier coverage on this portal. Check the main official resources about the game:
